QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree preferably Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration,

Minimum 2 years of experience in After Sales position,

Excellent verbal and written skills in English or German,

Strong communication and networking skills,

Team working abilities, fast thinking, practical businesslike, strong organization and coordination qualification,

Genial extrovert, presentable, open for learning and development,

No military obligations for male candidates,

Available for business trips (abroad and domestic),

Targets and Responsibilities;

Gaining, collecting, and hunting new spare parts, and after-market orders,

Creating, ensuring, and sustaining strong networking with decision makers of Fleet owners (After Sales, Purchasing, technical department)

Creating, and developing new spare parts, after-market sales projects, generating, and collecting customer demands for company products,

Developing and ensuring the relations with new spare part producers (Copy, Gray parts)

Answering and assessing all customer requests,

Establish, develop and keeps the sustained for personal contacts of Fleet owners, big spare parts dealers, spare parts producers by Purchasing, Technics, Quality, Production, Disposition, and Sales,

Realizing periodical visits to OE customer related directorates (After Sales Departments),

Collecting and reporting of all kind OE, and After-market based customer information’s that will lead company for a successful commercial solution,

Finding and developing new spare parts customer for company products, suppliers for company portfolio

Responsible for customer based yearly Sales planning,

Preparing presentations, calculations, and commercial offers for spare parts and after-market purposes,

Responsible for sales volume, and results, Initiation and execution for competition analyses,

Organization and Execution of Regional fairs, Strengthening and Marketing for company branding, Establishing sales support documentation,
